VITA In-Ceram® YZ Discs are made of the materials necessary to creating reproductions with outstanding esthetics and biocompatibility. With a very high material strength and great fracture toughness values these attributes combine to produce a long lasting restoration.

  • Outstanding esthetics and biocompatibility
  • Pre-sintered
  • Radiopaque
  • Indicated for anterior and posterior crowns and multi-unit bridges
  • Made from yttrium patially stabilized zirconium dioxide (Y-ZTP)
  • Can be additionally shaded using Vita Coloring Liquids
  • High fracture strength of >900 MPa
  • Strengthed through a process known as transistion strengthening
  • Can be used to make delicate restorations that don't need adhesives for cementation
