The Patterson Passport code is available to one dentist per practice location and for qualifying recipients. The following are not eligible to register under the Patterson Passport program: those who (i) file, or work for a facility that files, annual cost reports with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Children’s Health Insurance Program; (ii) an officer, employee, agent, or contractor of a person (including an entity) licensed to or otherwise providing dental care in the states of Vermont, Maine, or Massachusetts; (iii) are licensed to practice, or otherwise do practice, in Vermont, Maine, or Massachusetts; and (iv) are a member of the Green Mountain Board; (v) are an employee, officer, director, agent, member, or representative of a Dental Service Organization (DSO). Please visit www. dentsplysirona.com/DSWORLD to register under Standard Registration. **No CE credits available for Patterson Passport session. Other rules and restrictions apply. Ask your sales representative for more details. The registration must be completed by August 31, 2025. This registration code has no monetary value. Offer not transferable to any third party.
